• Processing and forwarding of incoming mail and general correspondence

• Independent fleet, contract, and document management
• Central interface to internal departments, business partners, and external service providers
• Reception and support of guests and business partners
• Organization of internal events, training courses, and team events
• Collaboration on cross-departmental special projects

Your Profil

You have completed commercial training and ideally have several years of professional experience in office management or in an assistant role. You have excellent MS Office skills, organizational talent, and discretion, as well as a structured and forward-looking approach to your work. You maintain an overview even in stressful situations and impress with your professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

As part of the construction projects you supervise, you will ensure the economic success of the projects assigned to you. You will be responsible for the independent and autonomous management of medium-sized construction projects in the areas of new construction and renovation. 
Specifically, this includes the following:

Areas of responsibility

• Planning and implementation of construction measures and associated site visits
• Regular information and coordination with management on all essential technical and personnel tasks, problems and issues
• Preparation of work calculations, construction profit and loss statements, forecasts and active construction site controlling
• Ensuring efficient schedule, cost and quality management
• Coordination of the deployment of specialist consultants and subcontractors
• Ensuring efficient schedule, cost and quality management
• Monitoring of construction progress and implementation of construction site performance reviews
• Billing of own and external services and assistance with preparing quotations

Your profile

You are a structured and confident person with a particular affinity for construction projects. You always maintain an overview and possess the following qualities:

• Completed construction engineering training with a focus on building construction (BM, HTL, FH, UNI etc.)
• At least five years of professional experience in construction management
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and various calculation programmes
• Enthusiasm, assertiveness, reliability and team orientation, independent working style, customer-oriented behaviour

You impress with your commitment and solution-oriented approach. Empathy, strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers and business partners round off your profile.
The gross annual salary starts at EUR 70,000 and depends on your professional qualifications and experience. Depending on your current qualifications, a higher salary may be offered.
